Alberto has practiced for more than 37 years with notable experience in financial markets, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions and project financing.In addition, he is a family counselor and estate planning advisor. His ability to work in such diverse areas of legal practice has allowed him to serve as a corporate governance consultant for public and private companies, in several of which he sits on their boards of directors.He obtained his degree in Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and has a Specialty in Commercial Law from the Universidad Panamericana, in Mexico.Alberto has been recognized by Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000 and Legal 500.
