Andrés is the head of the firm’s dispute resolution practice group, with over 30 years of experience as a leading labor and social security law attorney. He advises national and international clients on individual and collective labor litigation, legal audits focused on compliance with labor obligations, and negotiations for the execution of new collective bargaining agreements and their annual reviews for wage and benefit increases, legitimations, and the implementation of collective strategies.

He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Universidad del Valle de México, in Mexico, holds a Diploma in Amparo from the Universidad Regiomontana, in Mexico, and attended the “Leadership in Law Firms” seminar at Harvard Law School, in the United States.
