With over 13 years of professional experience in Foreign Trade, specializing in customs consulting and handling desk audits, customs administrative procedures, origin reviews, as well as any necessary defenses through administrative appeals, nullity trials, amparos and review appeals.
He has successfully advised companies on obtaining concessions and authorizations for bonded warehouses, as well as on managing permits, registrations and authorizations before various authorities, including the National Customs Agency of Mexico (ANAM), the National Service of Health, Safety and Agrifood Quality (SENASICA) and the Ministry of Economy.
He has also participated in the analysis and development of proposals to modify the General Rules of Foreign Trade.
