Carlos has more than 33 years of professional experience focused on civil and commercial litigation, restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings and insurance.He has represented various national and international companies in the real estate, automotive, health, insurance, telecommunications and retail sectors, as well as boards of directors and senior executives in sensitive matters, corporate crises and other disputes related to civil and commercial cases.He is Technical Coordinator and Founder of the Private Procedural Law and Insolvency Committee of ANADE and member of the National Association of Business Lawyers, Bar Association, A.C. (ANADE) and is currently a mentor of the IPADE AD2 Program.He obtained his degree in Law, with honors, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico, he has a Diploma in Senior Management Program from IPADE and a Specialization course in Insolvency Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico. In 2022, he obtained the Master's Degree in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
