Efraín has more than 9 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has specialized in intellectual property litigation and consulting, representing both plaintiffs and defendants on infringement, revocation and nullity proceedings of trademark, patent, design and copyright registrations, and their appeals. He also represents clients in the entertainment industry in negotiations, obtaining rights and licensing. Likewise he develops technical and legal structures for the protection of trade secrets, and personal data for its effective monetization. He earned his law degree from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, LL.M. from University of Michigan, USA and Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Escuela Libre de Derecho – ICC México.Efraín has been recognized as Rising Star by Legal 500.
