His practice focuses on strategic advice in acquisitions, corporate restructurings, mergers, and divestitures, participating in complex transactions across various industries. He also has experience in estate planning, including the implementation of national and international structures, as well as the application of international treaties to optimize his clients' tax situations.
Additionally, Francisco has participated in tax dispute and litigation matters, representing Mexican and foreign companies in audits and proceedings before tax authorities in Mexico.
He has advised companies in sectors such as real estate, energy, telecommunications, fintech, tourism, food and beverage, consumer goods and the financial sector, among others.
