Biography
With over 17 years of professional experience, Guillermo specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, project and infrastructure financing, and tenders. Guillermo also has knowledge in the areas of prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

Guillermo has assisted a public company in the desalination and water distribution sector in various legal aspects related to the development of a seawater desalination project in Mexico, considered the largest desalination project in Latin America. He has also represented national and international companies in the acquisition of Mexican companies in various sectors, including the auto parts and tourism sectors. Guillermo provides advice to Mexican and foreign clients in the negotiation and execution of joint venture agreements and has participated in financial operations such as debt restructuring and granting of guarantees, representing multinational companies.

He obtained his law degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico and a Master's degree in Law from UC Berkeley, USA.
