Ilse has more than 11 years of experience and specializes in cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as corporate and in commercial matters in general. Ilse has advised Mexican and international clients in matters involving drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, coordinating legal due diligence processes, compliance with record keeping, foreign investment, data protection and anti-money laundering regulations, as well as corporate governance of private and companies. Likewise, Ilse has experience advising clients in diverse financing transactions, as well as advising clients on financial regulatory matters, including the establishment and maintenance of entities supervised by the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission and the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users.She earned her law degree from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico and LL.M. inin Corporate and Securities from London School of Economics and Political Science.
