With more than 3 years of professional experience, Inés specializes in corporate, banking, financial, mergers and acquisitions and project financing law.
She has participated in various credit and guarantee transactions, advising national and international clients and carrying out the structuring, negotiation and documentation of loans and credits.
She also advises entities, both Mexican and foreign, in relation to their corporate governance, their commercial and operational activities in Mexico and corporate matters in general.
She obtained her law degree from Universidad Anáhuac Norte, Mexico.
