In immigration matters, her practice revolves mainly around advising national and international clients from all types of industries regarding compliance with immigration legislation in Mexico, as well as regarding the process and strategy for the immigration of expatriates of various nationalities.
In compliance matters, Michell has assisted various companies with operations in Mexico regarding the establishment and execution of compliance and anti-corruption programs and policies.
She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico.
