With more than 5 years of professional experience, Redy specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, spin-offs, dissolutions and liquidations, and project financing.
Redy provides advice to national and international entities and startups in their commercial and operational activities, as well as matters related to corporate governance. It also advises both the acquiring and selling parties in local and global acquisitions by Mexican and foreign companies.
She has also participated in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of loans and credits for clients in different industries, including the food, tourism, textile, construction, and educational industries, among others.
She obtained her law degree from Anáhuac University, Mexico.
