We provide advice on the presentation and defense of complaints or claims and follow up on the procedures initiated and followed up with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency.

We represent various suppliers of goods and services and commercial clients in compliance with applicable consumer protection provisions, including the preparation and registration of adhesion contracts required under the Federal Consumer Protection Law and the Mexican Official Standards issued by the Ministry of Economy; promotions and advertising aspects, merchandise recall programs, among others.
