Acquisition of Murat Ticaret Kablo Sanayi A.Ş., by Volex PLC.

Volex PLC agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Murat Ticaret Kablo Sanayi A.Ş., for an approximate amount of €180,000,000.00 (one hundred eighty million euros). The transaction's aim was to acquire such entity and several other subsidiaries located in three continents.

The Santamarina + Steta, liderado por los licenciados Jorge León Orantes, Francisco Udave, Elias Zaga, Emily Manzewitsch y Gerardo Prieto, acted as local legal counsel to Volex PLC in this transaction. 

La operación fue anunciada el 22 de junio de 2023, y se encuentra sujeta a la aprobación por parte de diversas autoridades en distintas jurisdicciones.
