With more than 45 years of experience as a tax lawyer, Agustin currently serves as an advisor in the firm's tax area.
Agustín is an expert in the tax analysis of corporate and financial operations, both national and international, with implications in Mexico. He has provided advice on restructuring processes, tax analysis and structuring of various operations, tax audits and transfer pricing issues, as well as on issues related to international tax treaties in force between Mexico and the international community.
He obtained his law degree from the Universidad La Salle, Mexico. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and has been recognized by the international directory Chambers and Partners.
