Andrea is an attorney with more than 14 years of experience in the legal field. Her practice focuses on corporate and M&A matters.Throughout her career, she has assisted several domestic and foreign clients in establishing their presence in Mexico, designing and implementing tailor-made legal solutions for the start-up of their businesses in the country, and has advised them on general corporate matters related to their entities in Mexico.She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating all types of civil and commercial contracts governing clients' relationships with their customers, suppliers and other third parties.Andrea has also represented several domestic and foreign entities, from a wide range of industries, in due diligence procedures and M&A transactions.She obtained her law degree and a master's degree in Business Law from Universidad Panamericana, Mexico.
