With more than 16 years of professional experience, Carlos specializes in civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, restructuring, alternative means of dispute resolution and internal investigations.He obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City; a Diploma in the new Constitutional Regulation on Human Rights and Protection from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico; a Master of Business Law (LL.M.) from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico; and a Diploma in Anti-Corruption from the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico/Universidad Panamericana, Mexico.He is President of the Nuevo León Young Arbitrators Committee of the ICC Mexico, as well as a member of the Mexican Bar Association, A.C., Nuevo León Chapter and Young ICCA.Carlos was a member of the Latin American Desk in the Washington, D.C. office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and has participated in World Bank Group Doing Business publications.
