In addition to regular corporate assistance, Cecilia provides legal advice for the completion of sophisticated international and domestic business transactions, including joint ventures, stock and asset deals. Cecilia's involvement in such projects includes not only the coordination of all due diligence activities, but also the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and the closing of such transactions.
She obtained her law degree from the Free School of Law in Monterrey, Mexico.
