Claudia Rodriguez C.

Claudia is the head of the firm’s advisory practice, with over 19 years of professional experience. She specializes in real estate law, environmental law, agrarian and indigenous consulting, estate planning, and Family Office services.

In addition, she is part of the ESG working group. Her practice revolves around the activities of companies that do business in Mexico in different sectors of the economy, taking into account environmental, social and corporate governance guidelines and requirements.

Claudia obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago Law School in the United States. He obtained a Diploma in Real Estate Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho In Mexico, a Diploma in Environmental Law and Management at the Center for Environmental Legal Studies of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a Diploma in Carbon Markets from the National Association of the Chemical Industry, AC, Carbon Trust and MéxiCO2, and a Diploma in Management of Legal Studies in Times of Change from the Torcuato Di Tella University in Argentina.

She has been a panelist and moderator at conferences on real estate topics, and is a member of Abogadas MX and the Urban Land Institute.
