Biography
With more than 4 years of professional experience, Faride specializes in intellectual property matters. She provides advice to multinational companies in the trade, hospitality, beauty, health, and other industries, confronting the effects of intellectual property legislation in terms of trademarks and copyright in general.

She has recently advised many relevant companies in the country in redefining their commercial strategy, considering the challenges of the reform of the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property of 2020.

He obtained his law degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico City. In 2022, she completed the Fashion Law diploma at the Central Law School and is currently studying the Diploma in Intellectual Property Litigation at the same School, the Law Course in the Music Industry and Intellectual Property Contracts on the Lawgic platform.
