With more than 4 years of professional experience, Faride specializes in intellectual property matters.She provides advice to multinational companies in the commerce, hospitality, beauty, and health industries, among others, confronting the effects of intellectual property legislation in terms of trademarks and copyright in general.Recently, she advised many relevant companies in Mexico in redefining their business strategy, considering the challenges of the reform of the 2020 Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property.She obtained her law degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Mexico City. In 2022, she completed the Fashion Law Diploma at the Central Faculty of Law and is currently studying the Diploma in Intellectual Property Litigation at the same Faculty, as well as a Law Course in Music Industry and Intellectual Property Contracts on Lawgic.
