Francisco Udave T.

Francisco has been practicing law for over 16 years and specializes in labor litigation, representing company management in high-profile cases brought by senior executives, as well as representing clients in collective disputes initiated by unions.

His practice also focuses on advising on the labor and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He is involved in many of Santamarina + Steta's high-profile cases. He is also trusted and respected by his clients, many of whom are multinational companies.

He obtained his law degree with honors from Universidad de Monterrey, in Mexico; a Master of Business Law (LL.M), with honors from the Universidad de Monterrey, in Mexico; a Master's Degree I in International Trade Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas / Universidad de Monterrey, in Mexico; a Master's degree in International Law (LL.M.), with merit, from the University of Nottingham, in the United Kingdom; also, a specialization in Labor Law from the Illustrious and National Colegio de Abogados of Mexico (INCAM).

He is a member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, the American Bar Association and the Mexican Association of Human Resources Management. In addition, Francisco has been recognized by Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
