With more than eight years of professional experience, Iñigo has been an associate at the firm since 2018. His practice focuses on the areas of Banking and Finance law, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, where he advises clients on complex national and international transactions involving financial institutions, institutional investors, and companies from various industries.

In addition to his transactional practice, Iñigo advises domestic and international entities on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring. His experience also includes providing legal support for their commercial and operational activities in Mexico.
