With more than 6 years of professional experience, Iñigo is an associate of the firm since 2018. His practice is focused on areas of Banking and Finance, and Mergers & Acquisitions.He also provides legal advice to national and international entities regarding their corporate governance and legal corporate strategies, as well as in their commercial and operational activities in Mexico. He is a member of several governing bodies of NGOs and privately held entities in the industrial and financial sectors.He obtained his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico. Iñigo worked as a visiting lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, between 2022 and 2023.
