With more than 12 years of professional experience, Jair focuses on constitutional, administrative and tax litigation, environmental and natural resources, and regulatory.Jair provides legal advice in the implementation and development of strategies to improve clients’ relationships with relevant authorities; legal advice on procedures and disputes against various resolutions by local and federal authorities in international trade, customs procedures, government procurements, permits and concessions, antitrust, environmental and administrative matters.He also advices on Amparo procedures against various laws issued by Congress, particularly those related to tax and energy matters. Likewise, Jair provides legal advice on nullity proceedings against various federal and local taxes, particularly those related to transfer prices and on import taxes.He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, has a Specialty in Amparo Law from the Universidad Panamericana, a Specialty in Administrative Justice from the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, and a Master in Business Law from the Universidad Panamericana.
