Biography
With more than 12 years of professional experience, Jair specializes in administrative law, constitutional, administrative and tax litigation, economic competition, environmental and natural resources.

Jair provides legal advice in the implementation and development of strategies to improve the client's relationship with the authorities. In addition, he handles multiple procedures and lawsuits against determinations of federal and local authorities, in matters related to foreign trade, customs procedures, tenders and public contracts, permits and concessions, economic and environmental competition and labor obligations of an administrative nature.

His work is also related to the preparation and handling of amparo lawsuits against various laws issued by Congress, especially those related to fiscal and energy obligations. He also provides assistance in nullity lawsuits against multiple federal and local taxes, especially those related to transfer pricing and import taxes.
