Biography
Lisa has over 10 years of experience and specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, and estate and succession planning.

He has advised national and international companies on high-value transactions in sectors such as telecommunications, energy, hospitality, auto parts manufacturing, ophthalmic instruments, e-commerce, and financial services. His experience includes complex purchase and sale transactions of companies and assets, syndicated loan agreements, joint ventures, and multinational corporate integration processes, with a focus on both the Mexican market and cross-border transactions.

After earning her LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, she joined Latham & Watkins in Chicago as a foreign associate.
