Mariano Calderon V.

Mariano has more than 26 years of professional experience advising national and international clients on tax matters for their operations in Mexico, and has successfully represented them in amparo, administrative and contentious judicial trials involving constitutional, fiscal and administrative matters.

He is an expert in investigations and procedures of probable liability in antitrust practices, in administrative procedures related to customs and in the representation of disagreements in public tenders.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and his Master of Laws (LL.M) from Georgetown University Law Center, USA.

He is a member of the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Mariano has been recognized by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Who's Who Legal.
