With more than 12 years of professional experience, Nicolás specializes in the practice of labor law.
Provides legal advice to national and multinational companies through the legal representation of various companies in individual matters before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards in Mexico, both Federal and Local, from their inception to the Federal instances.
He represents clients in mass termination processes involving employees of various companies. He also supports clients with a focus on labor audits, preventive and corrective consulting, and corporate labor consulting, supporting the Legal and Human Resources departments on a day-to-day basis in the management of their labor relations.
He also advises on collective matters, representing various companies in claims for ownership of collective bargaining agreements, strike notices for the signing of collective agreements, or review and negotiations with unions.
He obtained his law degree from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and a Master's degree in Labor Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, Mexico.
