Pablo is part of the firm's transactional and financial group, with more than 14 years of experience in the areas of banking and finance, corporate, and project and infrastructure financing.
He has advised banks and companies on structured financing operations, debt restructuring and refinement. He has also advised various public and private clients on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of Public Private Partnership operations, acquisitions and public works; as well as on the granting of financing for infrastructure projects.
He obtained her law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico.
