Patricio has two years of experience in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR), and amparo proceedings.
His practice focuses on dispute resolution, ranging from strategic planning and counseling in extrajudicial disputes to representation in civil and commercial lawsuits filed in Mexico, both at the local and federal levels, including Amparo lawsuits and their appeals, before District Courts and Circuit Courts.
He completed his Law Degree at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Tecnológico de Monterrey), from 2019 to 2023, obtaining his degree with Honorable Mention.
She complemented her training with the 2024 Diploma on Amparo Trials, offered by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the General Unit for Scientific Knowledge and Human Rights.
