Roberto has more than 20 years of professional experience representing clients in real estate litigation, recovery of past due portfolio, enforcement of contracts of various kinds, class actions, shareholder disputes, civil liability and moral damages, mediation and arbitration processes, among others. This has strengthened his position in Mexico as an expert in civil and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He has also acted as party counsel under the rules of the ICC and CANACO and has participated in various cases where the recognition or annulment of awards and the referral of parties to arbitration have been requested.
