Sergio has more than 5 years of experience in Civil, Commercial and Amparo Litigation.His practice focuses on litigation trials in all stages and instances of the procedure; as well as in the development of legal strategies to obtain a result in favor of the client's interests.He has also participated in negotiation, mediation, and conciliation processes that allow our clients to obtain prompt and effective solutions.He obtained his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, in Mexico.
