Soo has more than 10 years of professional experience. He has held various public positions in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, in the Attorney General's Office of the Republic (now the Attorney General's Office of the Republic), the Secretariat of Public Function, as well as in the Superior Audit Office of the Federation, with experience in the private sector.
He has extensive experience in anti-corruption, ethics and business integrity, regulatory compliance, development of professional standards and international auditing standards, human rights, international law, public procurement and regulatory law.
Her experience includes participation in the review of the commitments assumed in the Pacific Alliance, as well as in the T-MEC negotiations, having collaborated with various international institutions, such as the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), GIZ (Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the United Nations Program in Mexico (UNDP), in matters of integrity in the public sector, auditing, as well as the fight against corruption.
