With more than 23 years of professional experience, Víctor specializes in labor law, social security and mining matters.Currently, Víctor is responsible for the labor practice of the Querétaro office, serving clients located in the Bajío corridor, made up of the states of Aguascalientes, Jalisco (Central and Altos de Jalisco), Michoacán, Guanajuato, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, and Zacatecas.Víctor has represented Industrial Minera México in lawsuits brought by the beneficiaries of workers who died at the Pasta de Conchos mine in Coahuila, Mexico. Likewise, he advised and represented Endeavor Silver/Compañía Minera del Cubo in the negotiations regarding the illegal work stoppage at the “La Peregrina” mine and the “Las Torres” plant, of the El Cubo mining complex, acquired by Endeavor Silver Corp.He earned his law degree from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, in Mexico.
