Santamarina + Steta and Tec de Monterrey support the training of new generations

When starting a new business, it is necessary to define the commercial objective, the target market, financial projections, logistics, supply chain, and customer value, among other essential elements. However, it is common for entrepreneurs to forget to consider the legal aspects that will allow them to grow in a sustained and formal way.

The Tecnológico de Monterrey Law + Entrepreneurship clinic, currently present on the Mexico City campus and the Santa Fe campus, is a space where students and recent law graduates have the opportunity to advise social entrepreneurship projects from a corporate legal perspective.

Ana María García, the coordinator of the legal clinic in Santa Fe, Teresa Raquel Aguilar, coordinator of the legal clinic in Mexico City, and Emilio Zacarías Gálvez, leader of the Business and Regulatory Compliance program at Tec de Monterrey, invited Santamarina + Steta to collaborate with the development of Mexican entrepreneurs by accompanying and advising young people on issues of legal specialization throughout the creation and formalization of their companies.

Ricardo Orea, Alberto Saavedra, Emilio Zacarías Gálvez, Juan Carlos Machorro, José Pablo Abreu, Beatriz Alemán, Ana María García, Teresa Raquel Aguilar and Bernardo Aguado.

Along with this alliance with the entrepreneurship clinic, Santamarina + Steta signed an agreement to be a training partner of the Law degree, contributing to the training of the new generations through practices and internships in the office, conferences, accompaniment, and active participation of the members of the Firm.

The agreement was signed by Juan Carlos Machorro, partner of the Transactional Area, and José Pablo Abreu, Regional Director of Law at Tec de Monterrey. The partners Ricardo Orea and Alberto Saavedra, as well as Beatriz Alemán and Bernardo Aguado, associates, and project leaders, also participated in the meeting.
