He has five years of experience in International Trade and Customs. His practice has focused on advising and representing clients in customs administrative procedures, including office reviews and home visits initiated by the Tax Administration Service (SAT).
Throughout his career, he has participated in origin verification procedures under various international foreign trade treaties, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting his clients' interests. He also has experience in litigation before the Federal Administrative Court of Justice and federal courts in the Mexican Republic.
He has advised companies in strategic sectors such as automotive, steel and aluminum, and energy, designing strategies to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
