Raziel has advised national and international companies, startups and investment funds in capital raising projects, mergers and acquisitions in industries such as food, automotive, manufacturing, consumer, education and technology.
He has also participated in financing processes with private debt and public debt contracting before the BMV for refinancing and real estate investment projects.
She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
