With over 4 years of professional experience, Raziel has experience in M&A transactions, financings, private equity and venture capital, as well as general corporate matters.Raziel has advised national and international companies, startups and investment funds on capital raising projects, mergers and acquisitions in industries in the food, automotive, maquila, consumer, education and technology sectors.He has also participated in financing processes with contracting of private debt and public debt before the BMV for refinancing and real estate investment projects.He earned his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
