His practice focuses on consulting, but he also represents major companies across various industries in litigation, including the following branches: tire, investment fund management, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, IT, big data, entertainment, services, and retail.
Its activities include advising companies starting operations in Mexico, analyzing and executing contracting structures (including subcontracting), labor and social security audits, implementing or modifying benefits, hiring personnel and terminating labor relations, negotiating and reviewing Collective Labor Agreements, employer substitutions and employee transfers, handling labor inspections, and interpreting national and international legislation on the matter, including handling complaints under the T-MEC Rapid Response Labor Mechanism.
