José Pablo has over 34 years of professional experience protecting intellectual property rights, including advising national and international companies on franchising and licensing.He also specializes in patent and trademark prosecution; copyright, unfair competition and plant variety matters, among others.He earned his law degree and a Postgraduate Degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad Anahuac Mexico Norte, in Mexico.He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA); the Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle (FICPI); the Mexican Association of Intellectual Property (AMPPI); the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI); and the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI).José Pablo is recognized by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers.
