Jose Pablo Perez Zea

José Pablo has more than 34 years of professional experience in the protection of intellectual property rights and advises national and international companies on franchises and licenses.

He specializes in patents, trademarks, commercial notices, copyrights, unfair competition matters and plant varieties, among others.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Universidad Anáhuac Mexico North, and has a Postgraduate Degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad Anáhuac Northern Mexico.

It is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA); the International Federation of Industrial Property Councils (FICPI); the Mexican Association of Intellectual Property (AMPPI); the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI); and the Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI).
