With over 24 years of professional experience, Paola specializes and is the Partner responsible for telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), e-commerce, privacy and data protection.

Her interest in innovative matters led her to dedicate herself to these areas of practice, which she practices advising multiple international clients in the implementation of their businesses in Mexico, as well as national companies and the government. She has also carried out analysis to implement, from a transactional and regulatory point of view, various investments and businesses in these sectors, including telecommunications, satellite and streaming service providers.

She has reviewed, negotiated and prepared the terms and conditions and contractual structures for e-commerce operations in Mexico for a number of national and international clients, including their privacy notices and policies, contracts for the processing of personal data and other related documentation. She has also represented several clients in proceedings before the INAI.
