With more than 3 years of professional experience, Samantha specializes mainly in advising on strategies for the protection, enforcement, defense and exercise of Intellectual Property rights, with a focus on the retail, technology, hotel and restaurant, startups, cosmetics, care and hygiene and health industries, among others.She provides advice to multinational companies in terms of trademark matters. She also provides strategies and legal opinions for the protection of copyrights in its different modalities, as well as for the enforcement of these rights.She obtained her law degree from La Salle University, in Mexico City. Likewise, she has completed various certifications related to Industrial Property and Copyright.
