Tenders and Privatizations

We actively participate in public procurement procedures at all three levels of government in Mexico.

We serve as external legal advisors to the Federal Government in the planning, preparation, execution and development of public procurement procedures, including the divestiture of assets.

Our representation is comprehensive, as it involves the design of the documentation for the bidding and contracting procedure, and concludes with the negotiation of the final documentation at the stage of awarding the contract or concession by the government entity to the private company.
