With more than 16 years of professional experience, Michel specializes in foreign trade and anti-dumping matters. He provides legal advice to national and international clients in the development of foreign trade strategies for the importation of goods or services into Mexico within the various mechanisms in force (IMMEX, PROSEC, fiscal deposit, eighth rule, drawback, comprehensive certification schemes, etc.). He also offers guidance in order to apply the various tax benefits contained in the multiple International Agreements signed by Mexico.

Its services include obtaining permits, registrations or authorizations granted by Mexican government agencies, such as COFEPRIS, SENASICA, SEDENA, for the import or export of goods; assessment of impacts and support in handling administrative procedures in customs matters, home visits, as well as office reviews initiated by the Tax Administration Service or by the States until their complete conclusion and, if necessary, preparation and follow-up of the various means of defense (revocation appeal, nullity trial, direct and indirect protection, reconsideration appeal and review appeal, conclusive agreements, arbitration or mediation).

He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana from Mexico City and has a master's degree in Law of Regulated Sectors of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, in Spain.
