Grupo Sanborns de-lists from the Mexican Stock Exchange

Santamarina y Steta, S.C., acted as special external legal counsel to Grupo Sanborns, S.A.B. de C.V., in the cancellation, in the National Securities Registry, of the shares of its capital stock, as well as in its de-listing from the Mexican Stock Exchange.
