  • The National Water Commission (“CONAGUA”) announced that it will begin audits on national waters, in order to revoke water concession titles or expire water volumes, a situation that we are seeing occur just the day after the news.
  • It is advisable to correct irregularities and fully comply with obligations in this area.
  • Measures must be implemented to prevent water waste.
