Vicente has more than 30 years of experience advising Mexican and foreign clients on economic competition, real estate projects, succession planning and family office matters.
In matters of economic competition, he represents clients in various areas, including notification of concentrations of complex mergers and acquisitions operations, investigations of alleged monopolistic practices, regulated markets, audits and compliance programs.
In real estate matters, he represents clients in sophisticated operations of acquisition, leasing, development, construction and sale of real estate, as well as in the structuring of financing and related guarantees, including FIBRAS and CKDs.
He also collaborates pro bono with various foundations and associations.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and a Master's degree in Private International Law (LL.M.) from Konstanz Universität, Germany. He holds a Diploma in Obligations and Contracts from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico, and has taken various courses and seminars.
