We have extensive experience in the insurance field from a regulatory and product perspective. We assist domestic and foreign business partners in obtaining regulatory authorizations for the incorporation, acquisition and direct and indirect restructuring of Mexican insurance companies, as well as in the registration of foreign reinsurers in the reinsurance registry.

We assist foreign insurance companies in evaluating the possibility of offering their insurance products in Mexico, without the need for a Mexican insurer, under the special regime in force under the permitted exception framework.
